I believe that the Anthrax Attacks of 2001 were carried out by kingpins of biotech, namely or ALLEGEDLY William Patrick III, Ken (I wanna be an American) Alibek, and others in lesser capacities. They were ordered, ALLEGEDLY by some high up in Bush Camp, like a Don Rumsfeld. The CIA aided and assisted the anthrax teams.

Moreover, I beleive that Stephen Hatfill was a dupe, a patsy, a Lee Harvey Oswald. Whether he was complicit either knowingly or un, he was their perfect dupe. I think they needed him, in as much as his background would lead investigators down the path to the, "here is a lone nut, case closed."

Another thing that I am noticing with the Govt. and its agencies like FEMA, etc, is the "Lessons Learned" agenda. They allow something to happen, such as 9/11 then send out memos entitled "Lessons Learned." Sure learning is a good thing, but just how far are they going. The lesson they need to learn is the fact that human beings are being killed.
