Sorry, it took awhile to reply! I have been to Hell and back over this RANCH so
many times I cannot count them AND i'M ready to go again! I just don't know
what to do! How the heck this nightmare came about is one helluva long
storyAND-I've written some long letters to some highly irritated and very
conscerned citizens TO SAY THE LEAST! Lastly, I went to the auction to bid 2
million four hundred thousand which was the appraised value by the Ventura
County Tax Assesors office 9years ago. The executor of my deceased husband,
Donald Scotts', will said if I came to court with the 10% down payment, I would
be allowed to purchase our 200 acre ranch in Malibu (Trails End Ranch), which
has been in our family almost fourty years! You may remember the 20/20
Interview news telecast in 1992 (when Donald was fatally gunned down in our
living room) which noone could get a copy of because its explosive content was
banned-I wonder who did that! Anyway, the estate held aproximately
195,000.00 from my previous bid when the F.B.I. started raiding the people
helping me finance the ranch and naturally when we failed to perform, the estate
lawyers said they could legally keep my $195,000.00 for "potential damages",
making sure I would have no downpayment for the next auction! So, I went anyway
and told my lawyers and the estate lawyers my bid " you already have my previous
downpayment $195,000.00 , and one third of the cash the estate has already
BANKED is LEGALLY MINE PLUS ONE THIRD OF THE RANCH ALREADY BELONGS TO ME AS THE
WIDOW-the estate recieved ONE MILLION DALLARS in the wrongful death civil suit
which took eight years. After paying legal expenses, fighting to save the ranch
and my marriage(the minister who married us was only licensed in L.A. County and
the ranch sits fully in Ventura County, WHICH WE WON! I recieved a $85,000.00
bill for.- and that was just the beginning! Arson started on the Park that
surrounds the ranch with a breathtaking 100 foot cascading waterfall on our
property and the parks refused entry to the ventura fire dept by saying -"It's
against our park policy to disturb the natural beauty of our park land" tHE
FIREMAN SAID IT WAS "SINISTER"-AND WITH THEIR EQUIPMENT, THEY KNEW RIGHT WHER IT
WOULD GO! THIS WAS STEVE BAKER VENTURA COUNTY'S HAZ MAT MAN! so all three of
the historic creek rock and wooden houses burned down to the ground-everything
burned up but the smoking star from my texas flaf-(you can't believe what that
flag stands for) and our matching cowboy hats! The picture on
www.savetrailsend.org is REAL! I'm not sure what the writer of the story was
smoking to say I look like some goddess but I guess beauty is truly in the eyes
of the beholder! Anyway, according to California law, I owned 1/3 of Trails
End Ranch and this was my third attempt to purchase (I have a written offer
SHORTLY AFTER THIS CASE WAS SETTLED FOR APROX 1.3 million-) Can't anyone stop
this? Or does God want me the Hell outa California or bothe-I don't know what
to do! But I do know the purchasers name Dr. Richard Schultz 1-800-HERB
DOC-SAID HE WAS GOING TO HAVE MY FRIEND HELPING ME IN COURT AND WITH OUR
FAMILIES FINANCING FULLY INVESTIGATED! AND LESS THAN ONE MONTH LATER, WHAT DO
YOU KNOW,-RAY WAS PUT IN JAIL, FOR A 500,000 BOND AND IT WAS REDUCED OVER THE
WEEKEND TO _zero..ZERO! Two other parties had problems BEING RAIDED AND NO
CHARGES FILED AND PHONE CALLS! and the executor of my husbands will THEN SAID
the F.B.I WOULD SEIZE OUR LAND AND I AM SO HEARTBROKEN AND HEARSICK OVER THIS -I
CAN'T BELIEVE THIS COULD HAPPEN IN OUR COUNTRY AND I HAVE FLOWN SO MANY U.S. AND
TEXAS FLAGS AND EVERY FLAG IN THE UNITED STATES- EVEN TO THE EXTREME OF HAVING
THEM FLOWN OVER THE ALAMO FOR MY HUSBAND AND NOBODY LOVED TEXAS MORE THAN MY
HUSBAND DONALD SCOTT! I THINK IT IS TIME FOR ALL HOUSEWIFES OR HOUSEHUSBANDS
OF AMERICA TO UNITE-WE CAN USE THAT NAME -I'M PRETTY SURE- H.O.A. AND IF WE'RE
GOING TO BE TREATED LIKE A H.O.A WELL, WHY DON'T WE JUST MAKE THE BEST OF IT-I
WILL NEED A SECRET ARY BECAUSE TYPING JUST ISN'T ONE OF MY STRONGER POINTS-WHAT
DO YA'LL THINK-I GOT SOME NEWS AND A NEWSLETTER COULDN'T BE THAT DIFFICULT AFTER
WHAT I'VE BEEN THROUGH FOR ALMOST TEN YEARS! AND WHILE I'M AT IT I'LL JUST DO
"GUNS R 4 US" TOO! EVERY KID IN CHINA KNOWS ABOUT GUNS AND THEY ARE EDUCATED
AND HOW CAN OUR CHILDREN EVEN BEGIN TO COMPARE- DONALD SCOTT SAID IF A MAN
WANTS TO GET RICH , HE NEEDS TO INVEST IN THE NEW PRECIOUS METAL OF AMERICAS
FUTURE " BARBED WIRE" BECAUSE EVERYDAY THEY MAKE SOME NEW LAW AND THEY GOTTA
HAVE 400 MORE TO BACK THAT ONE UP! IF I CAN'T PAY THE FINE ON MY FOR REAL
HALLOWEEN COURT DATE FOR MY DOG RUNNING OUT OF THE GATE AND TRYING TO GET TO
KNOW OUR NEW NEIGHBORS I'LL BE IN JAIL! THIS IS WHAT DONALD MEANT ABOUT THE
SYSTEM ONCE YOU GET IN-YOU CAN'T GET OUT! ALTHOUGH I REALLY DON'T WANT TO SEE
GUNS, MY DAD SAID AND HE WAS IN TWO WARS "GUNS ARE WHAT KEEPS AMERICA FREE AND
WHAT ARE WE SUPPOSED TO DO WHEN THESE TERRORISTS INVADE US OR HAS THAT ALREADY
HAPPENED! WHAT IF WE HAVE TO KILL A RABBIT TO EAT- OH YEAH BARBED WIRE TRAPS

What is the present situation concerning the IRS sale? I live in Elko,
NV. You may have heard of the Jarbidge Shovel Brigade and our troubles
with the Federal Government concerning ownership of a local road. We
won. This brigade is also helping the Klamath Basin farmers and
Loggers in Montana. We also have in our area a number of ranchers who
are in big fights with the Feds including one Cliff Gardner who was
denied his constitutional rights to a jury trial. The man behind allot
of these issues and victories is one Grant Gerber, a shrewd attorney
here in Elko who is very knowledgeable about lands rights issues. His
number is 775-738-9258.
Another source might be Stewards of The Range, a group headed by
Margaret Hage Gabbard. She is the daughter of Wayne Hage, a rancher
from Monitor Valley in South Central Nevada whose cattle were taken by
the Federal Government and accused of numerous grazing violations in
an attempt to seize his property for a national wilderness area.
Instead of fighting them through the BLM beauracracy, he filed a
takings claim against the Federal Government and has won at every step
so far. Wayne Hage has since married Former Congresswoman Helen
Chenoworth of Idaho, a stalwart private property activist. There
number 208-336-5922. They maybe able to help. Worth a try anyway.

I'll try to send money and raise consciousness in this area about your
plight. Unfortunately there are still people who believe in the
righteousness of the Drug War. But I see cracks. We need to blow it
wide open!
