But how is ... legal plunder to be identified? Quite simply. See if the law takes from some persons what belongs to them, and gives it to other persons to whom it does not belong. See if the law benefits one citizen at the expense of another by doing what the citizen himself cannot do without committing a crime. A man has no moral or legal obligation to obey unconstitutional laws. The CSEA is in vilotation of both the constitution of the sate of ohio and the united states, I quote from the following documents

ie: an order to seek work with the sole intention of this order being to extract monies from the father, IS THIS NOT SLAVERY?

No person shall be imprisoned for debt in any civil action, on mesne or final process, unless in cases of fraud. what part of this does CSEA not understand?
ie: using contempt charges as a bases to lock fathers up in jail, using contempt orders to extort monies from fathers and to remove fathers from their children.
ie: felony non support charges to extort monies from fathers and to remove fathers from their children.

The CSEA is only set up for the following reasons, the breakup of the family unit, redistribution of wealth, and to increase the federal funding to the state.
IT IS NONE OF THE STATES BUSINESS HOW I CHOOSE TO SUPPORT MY CHILDREN.
