How's this for 9/11 Foreknowledge?

You don't need to work for the CIA or the FBI to have had
foreknowledge of the events of Sept. 11. Historians of the elite
conspiracy have been predicting them for years.

Recently, I came across the following quotation from a book published
in 1995 that has gathered dust in my basement since then.

"According to William Cooper [see www.williamcooper.com ] the Third
World War is planned for the middle of 1996. He got this information
from secret papers he had seen during his time as a Naval
Intelligence officer. Thus it is planned to destroy one of the three
largest American cities (New York, San Francisco or Los Angeles) with
an atom bomb. Extremists from the Near East crisis area (Iraq?) will
be blamed to have a reason to start the Third World War. Was the bomb
that exploded at the World Trade Center perhaps just a test to see
how the masses would react? Think about it!"
(Jan van Helsing, Secret Societies and their Power in the Twentieth
Century, p.263)
This quotation reflects certain assumptions that provide us with a
new roadmap.

Terrorist attacks and assassinations are almost always planned by
intelligence agencies. Asking "what did the CIA know and when?" is
like asking the fox when it knew it was going to raid the hen house.
The inner circle of the CIA and all the world's intelligence agencies
do not owe their allegiance to the nations that finance them.


Rather, they are controlled by the people who are
pushing "globalization," the UN and world government. This so-called
elite consists of the world's oil, banking, media and defense
cartels, organized crime, and various powerful Satanic and occult
secret societies. It is coordinated by the Royal Institute of
International Affairs and its US branch, the Council on Foreign
Relations. Essentially, this is the Anglo American establishment,
known in the US as the "Eastern Establishment." Rothschild and
Rockefeller are at the heart. It has expanded its worldwide grip to
include the "Bilderbergs" group and the Trilateral Commission. This
parasitic super class has been feeding off the United States and the
World for the past 100 years and is responsible for economic
catastrophes (Great Depression, Enron etc.) and wars. The media and
academia are essentially mythmakers.


Essentially the world's "establishment" consists of tycoons,
criminals, traitors and salaried sell outs who are creating a world
dictatorship to consolidate and increase elite wealth and control.
The purpose of terrorist attacks is to start wars in order to kill
(they love depopulation) and destroy nation states. They want to
convince the people that their "world government" is the only path to
permanent peace.


No doubt they are behind the Muslim terrorists trying to foment
nuclear war between India and Pakistan. They are behind Osama bin
Laden. The CIA station chief visited bin Laden last July in Dubai
(see "9/11 timeline" at www.copvcia.com). Islamic extremists were
created by the CIA to fight the Russians. (see John Cooley, "Unholy
Wars" 2000). Certainly some are still working for the CIA.


The WTC attack did signal the beginning of the elite's third Great
War, the one designed to bring about the "New World Order." Don't be
fooled by the media blackout on preparations for the attack on Iraq.
It is coming.

We are in the uncomfortable position of being held hostage by our own
ruling class. This is disheartening but if it's any consolation, it's
been happening for a long time.

Dick Cheney says another big terrorist attack is almost a certainty.
How much credibility does the Bush administration have when it
refuses to investigate September 11? The head of the congressional
panel recently resigned. We hear constant reports of stonewalling
from the Dept. of Justice and the CIA. What could be more
incriminating?

Certainly when another attack comes, we will know who is responsible.

Former UK Minister Michael Meacher Charges Bush Administration with Collusion in 9/11

In a startling article in today's Guardian, Michael Meacher, member of British Parliament and for the last six years, until his resignation three months ago, the British Environment Minister in Tony Blair's government, has written a scathing condemnation of the Bush Administration, charging it with collusion in the September 11th tragedy.

Until today, September 11th conspiracy theories, besides the main theory advocated by the US government that a band of cave dwellers in Afghanistan conspired to carry out the attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, had been the domain of strange Internet websites, French authors, and the whisperings on the streets of many world capitals.

But no longer.

Now, an experienced politician who was at the highest levels of power in the UK, the staunchest ally of the United States in its war on terrorism, has--in no uncertain terms--accused elements within the US government of foreknowledge of the September 11th attacks and a determination not to stop them in order to implement a pre-planned agenda of domination in the world political stage, the invasion and occupation of Iraq being the most recent element on that agenda.

In response, a US embassy spokesperson in London said Meacher's allegations "would be monstrous, and monstrously offensive, if they came from someone serious or credible."

Not only was Meacher serious and credible enough to have been picked by Tony Blair to serve in his government, and to have been elected by his West Oldham contituency since 1970, but the BBC called him earlier this year the Labor Party's "most experienced minister."

Here is a summary of Meacher's charges in the article:

* The blueprint for America's military adventures around the world was contained in documents prepared in September 2000 by the neconservative think tank, Project for the New American Century, which included Dick Cheney, Jeb Bush, Donald Rumsfeld, Paul Wolfowitz, and other Bush luminaries as members.
* US authorities ignored advance warnings by at least 11 countries. The warnings included a list provided by senior Israeli intelligence that named four of the 9/11 hijackers, but none were arrested.
* Plans to crashland airliners into Washington buildings had been known since 1996. In 1999, one such intelligence report warned that "al-Qaida suicide bombers could crash-land an aircraft packed with high explosives into the Pentagon, the headquarters of the CIA, or the White House."
* The CIA had a long record, acknowledged by the former head of the US visa bureau in Jeddah, of issuing US visas to unqualified Saudi applicants for terrorism training in the US for the Afghan war. Fifteen of the hijackers had obtained their visas in Saudi Arabia.
* When Zacarias Moussaoui was arrested in August 2001, one FBI agent wrote that he may have been planning to crash into the Twin Towers. But the FBI turned down warrant requests to search his computer for information which may have led to other potential hijackers.
* Although the first hijacking was reported as early as 8:20 am on September 11th, no fighter planes were scrambled to intercept from Andrews Air Force Base until after the third plane hit the Pentagon at 9:38 am. This violated standard FAA procedures--Meacher quotes an AP report that between September 2000 and June 2001, US fighter aircraft were launched on 67 occasions to chase suspicious planes.
* Between September and November 2001, the US actually avoided capturing or killing Usama Bin Laden and senior Al Qaida leaders, despite having had many opportunities.

"The overriding motivation for this political smokescreen is that the US and the UK are beginning to run out of secure hydrocarbon energy supplies," Meacher writes. "By 2010 the Muslim world will control as much as 60% of the world's oil production and, even more importantly, 95% of remaining global oil export capacity."

Meacher concludes that "the 'global war on terrorism' has the hallmarks of a political myth propagated to pave the way for a wholly different agenda - the US goal of world hegemony, built around securing by force command over the oil supplies required to drive the whole project.
