Good Morning:
Two items of focus, both of which tell the same story.
The Grand Jury and a "judge" are two entirely different decision-making
bodies.
Kobe Bryant is charged with rape. Traditionally, this would be considered an
"infamous crime," meaning that the ONLY way the matter would get to trial
would be by Grand Jury Presentment (a Grand Juror was a witness) or Indictment
(witnesses brought the case to the Grand Jury). IF we had a government of the
Republican Form, THEN we'd see activity by the Grand Jury.
Because we DO NOT HAVE a government of the Republican Form, a "judge" of "this
state" decides whether or not the matter goes to trial.
We can discuss the difference between an administrative advisory panel and the
Venire, who have the duty to determine all the evidence, fact and Law, in
clear conscience before God, sometime later. Here, it is sufficient to note
that in "this state," there are not, and have not been, any Venire's for over
150 years, and maybe not since 1794 (Brailsford v. Georgia, 3 U.S. (3 Dal.) 1
(1794).
The point here is that as this "news" continues, listen for the confessions of
"this state," for they inundate us. A "judge" is deciding whether the matter
goes to trial, not a Grand Jury.
Chief Justice Moore, the 11th Circuit, the Ten Commandments, and "this state"
We will understand, sooner or later, that the god of "this state" and the God
of the Bible, The Ever-living, are entirely different. BECAUSE there is no
government of the Republican Form, but only "this state," there is only the
god of "this state." THAT god doesn't like The Ever-living, and rebels against
The Ever-living, and enjoys every minute of it.
Now is a good time for someone to mention to the Chief Justice, with whom we
all, most likely, have empathy and support for what he's trying to teach, to
remind him of Matthew 5:25.
Until WE understand that "this state" is what exists, and that it exists by
way of our having agreed to it, one individual at a time, largely through our
bank and other financial institution accounts and obligations, WE will
continue to fight this "tar baby," which does nothing but get us more stuck.
There is nothing about "this state" that has or wants anything to do with the
God of Creation, the God of the Bible, The Ever-living. And, for so long as we
support "this state," with the myths of Law and government of the Republican
Form, we will only continue to ensnare ourselves.
We can discuss later the reality that the 10 Commandments are the
administration of death, and that we'd be doing better to put such things as,
"Love the Lord your God with all your heart, mind, soul and strength, and Love
your neighbor as yourself," and as "Let your Yes be Yes, and your No, No," and
"Use an honest system of weights and measures," if we're going to post "the
Law." For now, it is sufficient that we understand that the god of "this
state" and The Ever-living are ENTIRELY different, and the good Chief Judge is
on the losing end of this debate.
Looking forward
We are NOT really helping when we continue in the myth that blinds us to these
differences. We do NOT have a government of the Republican Form, and haven't
had for longer than any one of us has been alive. We do NOT have people in
charge who even "recognize" The Ever-living, much less the Constitution, which
actually self-destructed by its own language before it ever got out of the
chute. And, this "system" confesses these things to us EVERY DAY, if we will
but "hear" those confessions.
In sum, we cannot possibly begin to solve a problem we have not yet identified
correctly. Those who may feel so inclined may search, starting with the UCC
since that seems so popular, for the phrase, "this state." To know that this
means "the territorial authority," a/k/a the "federal government," is to know
something that matters for everything else that we see and experience.
The focus is NOT on "congress," or on the "president," or on any particular
"judge" or "court," or on "international affairs," or on "domestic policy."
Those are the "magician's distractions." The focus IS on each individual's
relationship with the "federal reserve system." Everything else, and I mean
EVERYTHING ELSE, is NOTHING BUT "magician's distractions." For so long as our
attention is ANYWHERE but where it needs to be, the problems have continued
and will continue.
For these reasons, it matters that we understand, thoroughly, and completely,
that we ARE operating under a "beast system." What's a "beast?" It's a king or
government raised up by God to be an iron rod of correction in His hand. How,
or why, do "beast systems" come about? Because the People are in abject
rebellion against The Ever-living. What's the solution? It's called
repentance. What our neighbor does matters, but what we do matters a lot more.
WE must let our Yes mean Yes, and our No, No. Thus, when we TAKE an OATH to
support "this state" (all you "oath checkers," look for "this state" in the
oath language!!!), we'd damn sure better be ready, willing and able to do just
that, or else we need to take those steps by which that OATH to support "this
state" no longer operates in our lives. WE must use an honest system of
weights and measures. The fiat, confessed for what it is at 31 U.S.C.A. sec.
5103, is NOT an honest system of weights and measures. WE must "be the
neighbor." WE must practice, Truth, Mercy and Repentance. These are OUR
duties, and for so long as we do not practice them, we can expect nothing BUT
more of this "beast system."
And, for all those who must still "trade with the enemy," by maintaining a
financial relationship with any financial institution associated or affiliated
with the "federal reserve system," just know that THIS is the greatest source
of your problems. If you must have those conveniences, then you need to get
used to life under the "beast system." Those "conveniences" do come with some
SEVERE costs. Just know that from this day forward. As those opportunities
come along to support someone in your neck of the woods who is starting some
(legitimate) economic activity using an honest system of weights and measures,
just do what you can to support that. For until those entrepreneurs CAN get
the new economic activity started, nothing will change.

THE ALANTIC CHARTER
In August 1941 Churchill and Roosevelt met in a secluded bay off the coast of
Newfoundland. It was the first of their wartime meetings and in many respects
the most significant. The document that was created at that meeting, the
Atlantic Charter, proclaimed the two leaders' vision of a new world order, a
set of principles that would govern international relations with the coming of
peace. This remarkable collection of essays is the result of an international
conference of American, British, and Canadian scholars held at Memorial
University of Newfoundland that marked the fiftieth anniversary of the
historic meeting. The essays discuss both the Charter's formulation and its
long-term significance and provide fascinating perspectives on the Second
World War and its aftermath.
