Kevin I can appreciate the effort, but I'll not write another letter to any of those clown so they can send me another damned meaningless form letter telling me the understand my concerns. I need no more of their lies.
I want the next time I communicate with these clowns, to be from the business end of one of my toy's. That my friend is the only language they will understand at this phase of the game.
