Independence and Democracy? get it right

How many times do I have to say that 1) the creation of the united States was not based on democracy, a ruinous system; 2) it's "unalienable" d*mmit, not "inalienable". There is a marked difference. People who prattle about inalienable rights are doing so from rote, not the documents that count.

On top of that, Celestial_Shamanka wants us all to declare ourselves citizens of the United States -- 14th Amendment slavery. That's a certain way to strip one's unalienable rights.

Attributing the wrongs of the federal government solely to Bush, et al. ignores a multitude of evil that preceded and exceeds them. They don't know the half of it. (Bush for sure -- a drop-in if there ever was one.)
