Sure, it would be great to get the perfect candidate. But that happens rarely in politics. My point is: If the Dems put up a halfway reasonable candidate, I'll support him, work for him, send him money. The reason? The only object at this point is to get the reins of power out of the hands of Bush&Co, given their reckless policies abroad and their cavalier attitude toward our freedoms at home. -- Bernard Weiner
