UPDATE***PRELIMINARY***MILITIA ALERT***MEDIA RELEASE***

Yesterday at precisely 4:45 PM MST in Denver on Thursday, July 17,
2003, the Denver Swat team ran a test at Stanley Fastener & Shop
Supply, the business of Rick Stanley, in which they sent a large gray
swat van, sirens blowing and lights blazing, to park in front of
Stanley's place of business, and cut off the power. The power came
back on in ten minutes and the swat van was gone. Test done.
Mission
complete. What was the purpose? Intimidate Stanley? Intimidate the
Stanley employees? Stanley practiced as well. Preparation.
Preparation. Preparation. Everybody practicing for the inevitable?
Prepare to serve a bench warrant that is unlawful on Rick Stanley?
Come on down folks and see the fireworks? Defensive preparations
were
tested by Stanley. Ready to go. Bring it on.

The Mutual Defense Pact Militia should, just be aware of the tactical
mind games, being played upon Rick Stanley by the Denver Police
Department. Rick Stanley is. When it happens, and if Stanley is
attacked, Stanley will defend from attack. Simple. The Mutual
Defense Pact Militia will be notified and the war against Rick
Stanley, his Constitutional rights and life, are under way,
perpetuated by jack boot thugs operating outside the boundaries of
the
Constitution and the Supreme Law of the Land. Operating outside of
the Colorado Rule of Procedures Rule #3, as well, regarding the
legality of a rogue judge in Denver issuing an invalid bench warrant
when he doesn't have jurisdiction with an individual who is in the
midst of the appeals process, under the protection of a stay of
execution which has been covered by a paid $2,500.00 bond by Rick
Stanley. Judicial abuse and hypocrisy of the Constitutional rule of
law this country is supposed to be governed by. Judge wants to abuse
this process, the only court that can stop this is the Colorado Court
of Appeals which appears to be in no hurry to answer the Motion to
Vacate the Bench Warrant of rogue judge Robert Patterson of Denver.
Answer must be made by the Colorado Court of Appeals by July 26,
2003, and it appears that the court will wait until the last minute
to
decide.

So my Militia brethren and interested friends of liberty who have
considered coming to visit the Denver, PD should Stanley be attacked:

Not yet my friends. We wait and we shall see. Stanley is prepared.
Stanley will defend. Stanley will put out the call. Thought it was
going to be today, July 17, 2003. Didn't happen. Good preparation
for the real thing. Crying wolf will not be the case. Stanley must
be
attacked first. Prepare. Organize. Defend.

In the meantime, Stanley defends himself, each and every day, as he
always has throughout his life. God is with us. The battle for
America and a Constitutional government continues, day to day. We
will prevail. Constitutional rights of American citizens and
especially this citizen, are not a bargaining chip. I will resist
the
destruction and stealing of my rights. Each and every one of them. I
will defend those Constitutional rights and my militia brethren will
join me after I have defended myself and made the call for help to
defend those rights under force of arms. The commitment has been
made. Defend ourselves, defend our militia brethren of like mind, and
by so doing, defend America, and the ideals of the Constitution.

To many of those out there in America, it would seem that this is a
small issue. Why don't I come in and get relief through the courts?
That is just it America. There is no relief through the courts. The
courts are perpetuating this myth of a Constitutional government and
Constitutional rights for America's citizens. It is a lie. It has
been a lie since day one of Stanley's battle for being able to
actually exercise his Constitutional rights in Denver, Colorado. You
