Bob Graham was the primary author of the "Patriot Act" signed by Bush to finish off what was left of the United States Constitution and usher along the coming global police state. Don't buy Graham's line of manure, he may or may not not agree with the tactics of the neo-con globalists but he has no problem with the overall strategy and the final goal.
