Cont'd - Disgusted FBI Agent Leaking Story

You would think a terrorist correspondence of this magnitude
would cause Mr. Cooley to strike a note of concern and would thus
be eager to learn of the latest developments in the case and ways
he could be of help. However, he is no Rudi Juliani and instead
he urged us, amazingly enough, to sweep the matter under the rug.
At first he tried to ingratiate himself with us through idle
chatter and so, like a bad comedian bombing at a sleazy dive, he
treated us for the next fifteen minutes to a monologue of boorish,
good-old-boy, black-slapping banter complete with racial jokes,
boasts about all the famous people he's hobnobbed with, and impish
jibes about his wife's sagging breasts which he complained were
looking more and more like fried eggs every day. After wowing us
with his sophmoric repartee, he finally said the obligatory, "but
seriously folks," and expressed in a still jovial but slightly
more somber tone that this was probably just overblown nonsense
and was nothing to make much ado about. The city had been through
enough police corruption for a year already, citing a recent bust
of a theft-ring led by one policeman on the force named Ruben
Palomares in which crooked officers would engage in home invasions
while still in uniform. Hence, the public didn't need its
confidence in the cops eroded any further. Besides,he added,
launching such investigative forays into the probity of the police
and judciary in this town would make for a lot of resentment and
strain relations between his office and those two groups making
them uncooperative in the prosecution of cases, especially the
police who feel picked on due to the probes into their integrity
because of the Palomares case. This in turn would threaten the
ability of his office to meet the conviction quota that he sets
and this would hurt his image. The war on terror was winding down
with Iraq's defeat and so it was best to just let this one go.
The other agents and I stood around with mouths agape,
benumbed from shock at his suggestion. After a few moments of
stunned silence, one of the agents politely pointed out that it
was hardly our job to put his political woes above
the pursuit of justice especially when it concerns issues of
national security whereupon Cooley's feigned mirth dropped away
and he flew into a rage, the words he spat back remaining burned
in my mind forever: "Just who do you fucks think you are?!?!? Do
you think you can fuck with the DA and get away with it!?!? You
don't get to where I am without playing hardball and when it comes
to that I'm the best. Do you actually think I'm going to sit
around with my thumb up my ass while the shit-storm of the century
plows me under and not do anything to those who seeded its clouds?
The fact is if you're an elected official, politics IS justice.
It's all about convictions: humiliatng and tagging the asses of as
many defendants as you possibly can, and a person like me gets
re-elected on the strength of his convictions get it? Justice
might be about ideals like truth, fair-play, equality, respect,
and all that other namby-pamby bullshit
for some nigger defendant whom we're skewering in court or for
some bleeding-heart, kike attorney like Alan Derschowitz who's
representing him, but for those who wield the power, if you want
to stay in power, justice is about looking after you and your own.
Justice is about JUST US. The fact is I know a lot of higher-ups
in the FBI. One phone call to them and I'll they'll have you
drummed out of your jobs faster than shit through a goose. If you
think you can corral me into staging a witch-hunt that guts my
office and burns my bridges with those who help me with the
filling of my conviction quota, you're sorely mistaken.
This guy is the Kim Jong-Il of district attorneys make NO
mistake about that.

Sure enough, a few days after Cooley's infamous visit, we all
received calls from some higher-ups in the FBI, some VERY
higher-ups who chewed us the proverbial new assholes and the
menacing didn't stop there. Many of us received threats, some
veiled, some not so veiled from the LAPD about what might happen
to us if we made too much noise about this find. In my case, I
received a brick thrown through my window with a threatening
letter attached thereto. The next day I was pulled over for an
alleged traffic violation. When I showed the officer I was a
federal agent, he got even more belligerent and had me get out of
the car to frisk me. You know corruption in a city is bad when
the law is afraid of the law.

I'm so afraid for myself and my family; yet, conscience can
forbear me to keep what I know a secret no longer. Opting for a
compromise course, I decided to leak what I know anonymously. The
fact is the security risk is far too great to keep this stuff a
secret. The fact is when Al-Qaeda & co get back on their feet,
we'll be wide open for attack. In order to prove to them how
doomed were the Giorgio Armani manager and the smuggling ring for
their treachery, Zakir mentioned how the IRA, in tandem with
Gelynglas, had developed a code based on the Irish language much
like the Navaho code-talkers of WWII, a code which Zakir boasted
the NSA couldn't break. I asked a person that I know at the NSA
about this and he said off the record that they have indeed come
across such messages and they were pulling their hair out because
they have only broken a small part of them and don't think they'll
make much more progress because, like a virus, the code mutates
into a different paradigm with each series of messages.
Apparantly they broke enough of the code to know that the three
terrorist groups were still licking their wounds after Mexico
which is why they still haven't moved against the smuggling ring
yet. That being said, Zakir mentioned this to the smuggling ring
chief to show that their movements couldn't be traced and reported
through the media.

Now I know that, when leaking a story of this magnitude, a
face to face meeting is usually required, but, in this case, their
guilt is so blatant that only a cursory avowal is needed. This is
because the things stated in the letter and the authorities
non-responses towards them provide more smoking guns than a
battlefield.

Just consider the following points, and ask yourself the
following questions concerning them:

-There was misinformation from the start. If you read the
news-wire they claim the initial test indicated the letter was
laced with nothing harmful. Not true! The letter had traces of
highly toxic black mold which can be very lethal, and Zakir bosted
they had grown cultures of it by the thousands. Though not
anywhere near as lethal as anthrax or ricin, in some ways it can
be far more devastating because it can be very easily grown and
easily disseminated. Remember it was toxic mold of a similar kind
that was responsible for killing all those people who first opened
King Tut's tomb eighty years ago as it was growing therein.

-In response to the smuggling ring's act of betrayal, Zakir
promised that every cell of Al-Qaeda, the IRA, and the Meibion
Glyndwr would converge on Los Angeles and brutally kill each and
every ring member.

Why weren't the rank and file of each and every store that sold
high-pricd wares like Gorgio Armani appraised of this fact and
interrogated about what they know about this smuggling ring?

For that matter, why wasn't the whole greater Los Angeles area not
informed to be on the lookout for these groups?
Isn't it unconscionable to know that some of the most dangerous
men in the world are coming to a community and not inform the
community of it?

-In the email, Zakir mentions how the owner of a storage facility
emailed him stills of the surveillance footage showing the Giorgio
Armani manager and members of that respective cell along with
members from the Sachs 5th Ave and Beverly Hills Mall cells
stealing a cache of weapons that Al-Qaeda had stored there. This
included not only small arms supplied to them by the Iraqis and
Syrians; small arms and tear-gas supplied to them from the LAPD
arsenal by rogue cops; and the chemical weapon ricin, but also
crates of unassembled drones.

Why wasn't each and every member of these establishments hauled in
for questioning concerning what they know about this?

Why wasn't a city-wide sarch made of the area for the additional
weapons-caches that Al-Qaeda possesses there?

Why wasn't the city itself notified to be on the lookout for these
things?

-The letter mentions several hundred drones had been smuggled up
through Mexico and into the US for the express purpose of hurling
them against the Alaska-pipeline. The letter seems to imply that
many if not most of them fell into the hands of the drug cartel,
but that still doesn't preclude Al-Qaeda from having an
indeterminate amount.

Why in the hell hasn't a search been made along the west-coast for
these things or a search made along the border states for the ones
the cartel may be using? (or Al-Qaeda for that matter. It was
through the state of Texas that these drones were smuggled and
there has been intelligence alerts that Al-Qaeda might try to
attack oil facilities in Texas. Perhaps they still have some
husbanded down there for that purpose.)

Once again, why in the hell wasn't the country notified about the
possible presence of these drones?

-As a minor aside, when that plane crashed into that apartment
building in Los Angeles, people privy to this case in the LA
branch-office flew into a panic, fearing it was one of those
drones being used in a strike against one of the members of the
smuggling ring.

-Lastly,the most damning thing to attest to the guilt of all
involved is this: of the ten pages stapled together that comprised
the threatening letter, two of them were torn out before the
authorities arrived to look at it, as there was information
contained therein that one or more persons at Giorgio Armani
didn't want anyone to see. In order to show the store manager
that there was nowhere to run or hide and that they could shadow
their every move, Zakir printed a list of addresses for all the
safehouses the ring held in common on page eight of the letter and
on page nine a list of all the counterfeit identities Gelynglas
helped them to forge(false birth certificates, false social
security numbers ect) that the ring members could hide their money
in or disappear into should they feel the need to flee. Owned
either by the ring members themselves or people whom Gelynglas
could either blackmail or bribe the safehouses were used variously
to hide stolen goods, house bail-jumpers in the ring's employ, or
whatever. Though page eight and nine as I said were torn out, the
upper left-hand corners that were affixed to the staples remained,
and on what was left of page eight were the street names and
numbers of about a half-a-dozen safehouses. Though cut off where
it listed the city, since we knew they were all in the greater-Los
Angeles area it wasn't difficult to find where they were at and
whose names they were listed under. The results we came up with
were quite telling:

208 Collins Ave (Newport Beach CA)
listed under Colleen Rainey, a former Sachs 5th Ave employee

2105 Larchmont Blvd (Los Angeles CA)
listed under James Kaddo, a judge

1345 Holmby Ave (Los Angeles CA)
listed under Eldon Fox, a judge

29304 Tree Hollow Glen(Agoura Hills CA) listed under a Richard
Piffard, a former LA police-officer

The most telling of all these names was Richard Piffard, a
police officer who was indicted for stealing weapons from the
LAPD's arsenal a few months earlier. The fact that two pages were
torn out of the document backs the veracity of the letter and my
account for why would anyone do that if they have nothing to hide?
Furthermore, if two pages were torn out of a letter such as this,
why wasn't anyone arrested for tampering with evidence or
obstruction of justice?

Think about it; the very fact that such claims were made in a
letter that the police knew was tampered with by the missing pages
and knew was written in confidence to one person and one person
only who was expressly told not to let it fall into the hands of
anyone else if he at least wanted to leave this world with his
reputation intact, and did absoutely nothing to investgate these
things is a scandal in and of itself whether they could have found
anything or not.

The contents of this letter need to be public for all to see
to expose these people for what they really are.

Thank You,
Cassandra
