I find the story %100 believable. She references specific information that CAN be verified after all.
Either the pages were torn out in that letter sent or they weren't, and if they were someone was obviously trying to cover up something. Furthermore, why would it be so hard for people on THIS site to believe that corrupt officials aided and abedded the 9-11 attacks?
That is, after all, what she is asserting.
