The Detention Hearing is scheduled for Thursday 7/10/03 at 2 PM in Judge McBryde's Court in Fort Worth. We are hoping to have a large turnout in support of our friend, Dick Simkanin. If he is successful, he will be released from jail to prepare for his trial on the 27 counts of alleged income tax and withholding tax law violations. Please attend and bring a friend
