Ronald Mcdonald Rumsfeld is suggesting the creation of a US lead "world peace keeping force." Forget all the "New World Order" implications for the moment and focus on these words. They are extremely telling:

"I am interested in the idea of our leading, or contributing to in some way, a cadre of people in the world who would like to participate in peacekeeping or peacemaking.

"I think it would be a good thing if our country was to provide some leadership for training of other countries' citizens who would like to participate in peacekeeping ... so that we have a ready cadre of people who are trained and equipped and organised and have communications [so] that they can work with each other."

Rummy is not asking for the participation of nations or countries; he's asking for "a cadre of people" or "other countries' citizens." Rumsfeld seems to be suggesting the creation of a Foreign Legion of sorts made up of foreign aliens who... just like the patriot "nuts" have been warning, would not hesitate to blow an American just like you away if ordered to do so, and probably enjoy it. Peacekeepers nothing, they'll be the enforcers of the communist neo-con mob right here in America.

The standing army your founding fathers warned you about is coming, in fact it's worse. I don't think even they would have believed it would be made up of foreign Hessian like mercenaries.
