WHY CELEBRATE INDEPENDENCE DAY?

America is NOT independent! On July 4, 1776 the Declaration of Independence (from English tyranny) was signed, and John Hancock and others put their names in ink, an act that would be declared as "rebellion" and "treason" by the British crown and Parliament. What were the causes of the resistance and final compact to disavow the power of the English government over the American colonies? Here are some of them, from both the Declaration itself and other writings, such as that of Patrick Henry (Virginia) and Rev. Richard Furman, D.D. of South Carolina. They rebelled against allegiance to the Union Jack, the British Flag, despite the fact that there was perhaps a majority of those who wanted to remain as "loyalists" to the British crown, and not resist or fight. Why?

1. Taxation without representation. Colonists were heavily taxed, and arbitrarily, without their consent or will, and without voice in Parliament, of any effect.
2. Parliament stating and acting in that they could "legislate in all things whatsoever", no matter the opinion of the colonies. They looked down the American colonies, as mere serfs to serve the Fatherland's whim.
3. Restriction on manufacture of goods, or materials, without authorization of England. Ever been to Colonial Williamsburg? See how much was regulated and prohibited to manufacture, without British license or tax!
4. Quartering of soldiers, putting into effect a tyrannical martial law and rule over the colonies to enforce tyrannical legislation. No civil disobedience was tolerated.
5. Trial by jury of peers. Colonists (suspicious or "rebels") were taken without trial by jury of their peers, in effect, secret tribunals.
6. Freedom of speech and press: Colonists were prohibited and persecuted, under guise of law, for publishing and printing things contrary to the crown and Parliament.
7. Freedom of religion. The Anglican church, which had returned to Popery in its worship and Prelacy in its abusive government, persecuted the Presbyterians, Baptists, and other "non-conformists" who would not worship with or recognize the so-called authority of the Church of England ministers. LICENSES TO PREACH WERE REQUIRED BY BRITISH LAW IN THE COLONIES, UPON PENALTY OF PUBLIC BEATING (as Patrick Henry observed an unlicensed Baptist preacher being beaten and whipped). Furman states that Canada was establishing the Popish churches, a beachhead on the continent, which was destined to be forced upon the colonies as official religion. Churches were invaded by British soldiers and congregants rounded up and arrested under their martial law and secret tribunals. The official churches were supported and defended by the British government, while the rest were persecuted under guise of law, as cults.
8. Bearing of arms. The tyrannical British government increasingly considered stocks of arms as seditious and unwarranted. They were seized upon discovery to prevent resistance.

Let the reader judge, whether since Sept. 11th and the so-called USA PATRIOT Act, and other anti-Constitutional legislation, whether the present King George and Congressional Parliament, do not ALSO believe they can "legislate in all things whatsoever!" Thomas Jefferson wrote that there was nothing left of representation of the people except "empty remonstrance"--precisely as today! Unless someone bows or pledges (absolute) allegiance to a flag, carried by usurpers and tyrants, they are considered seditious, suspicious, or even treasonous, despite their justifiable resistance and excerising of conscience (and true law) against THE VERY SAME USURPATIONS AS LED TO THE BIRTH OF THE STATES!

The only independence on American soil, is that of the usurping government, which has removed itself independently from the influence and power of the people, and their thoughtful consent--a government that is as rebellious against the Constitution as was the British government 230 years ago. Just ask the South, if the states are "free and independent" anymore, from a central despotism! And consider lastly, the government's debt, now raised by the present King George, to $7 trillion--all owed to the so-called Federal Reserve System (of British and International banks, and New World Order elitests--i.e. Rothchilds, Rockefellers, Bilderbergers, et al) to whom the country is subtely enslaved (under guise of various tax laws and systems of finance), who wield America however they please in the world (with WMD and terrorist secret agencies financed and now collectively bound together under so-called Homeland Secrurity), since the richest and most powerful nation belongs to them!!

The fact that the public is (willfully) ignorant and distracted from these undeniable facts, does not make it the less true, or the chains of slavery (on a long tether) less binding, which all of the flag-waving in the world cannot hide. When government is not, or cannot be made, accountable to the people (while it brainwashes the public with its organs of mass communication and propaganda), and acts contrary to its founding principles, and Constitution, it ceases to be a lawful and valid government. It is one to be feared, not obeyed, to be wary of, not secure under, to resist rather than to submit. The sedition is on the side of the government, when it rebels against its compact between itself and the people, in its founding Declarations and Constitution, which it continues to rewrite in Animal Farm fashion, til the dictator publicly arises to bear rule with a rod of iron over the astonished creatures. Those who resist are justified as both nature and divine law show, where both abused animals and persecuted men act to flee or fight the tyrant's paw. To act otherwise, would be stupid, an unprincipled yielding an arbitrary and tyrannical master. A new revolution would be in order, to recover a stolen and more just government, and consistent with the principles of America's Constitution and divine laws. But everyone would rather pretend otherwise. The loyalists are still wrong.
