Margaret Edwards FlynnResignation of Federal JudgeWed Jun 25 17:20:24 2003207.108.243.178I extend congratulations and kudos to Federal Judge John S. Martin for actually speaking out against the unjust judicial system currently operative in our country. I would add that, not only does injustice prevail in the sentencing of criminals, congressional interference, "presidential" manuvers and shenanigans, but also in the ideological "stacking" of the courts, the nearly complete indifference to the Constitution and the Rights of the Citizens affirmed therein and in the "boys club" nature of the liason between and among the licensed attorneys and the judiciary. I have acted on my own behalf in State District Court and in Federal District Court, and have seen the condescension and indifference to non-licensed attorney litigants and defendants, first hand. The judges charged with the responsiblity of the courts no longer operate them Constitutionally, they do not uphold Citizens' Rights and they do not act or make decisions fairly and based on the evidence presented in court. Pursuant to their oaths, the judges I have witnessed in court have failed to uphold their sworn duties to the Law and to the People. The courts are rampant with deceit, fraud, misconduct, criminal misrepresentation, record tampering, bias on behalf of licensed attorneys, conspiracy and collusion to deprive Citizens of their Rights, and on and on.Let's stop pretending that such happenings are isolated incidents in otherwise "just" courts. Let's start telling the truth to anyone and everyone about the farce our judiciary has become. It's time for the People to take back their power and DEMAND good government and a just judiciary. If we fail to do so, open, abject TYRANNY will ensue in our Nation and throughout the world. Learn your Rights and the Law. Express and demand them or you, virtually, have none. Will the real American Patriots please stand up?
