"28 witnesses never seen again", but with no names mentioned, nor any other substantiation.

We're all just supposed to take that on board at face value from an anonymous heckler are we?

I'd thought for instance that Steve Patterson, he of the infamous "plane, which appeared to hold about eight to 12 people," Washington Post hearsay was never seen again. I'd even thought that he was never seen to begin with. Is he supposed to be one of the 28?

Evidence of absence or evidence of not looking?

Some people simply prefer to avoid the slings and arrows of the public spotlight as it would seem would "CIA Mind Control Victim".
