"ON THE WINGS OF EAGLES"

Justice is the completion of the act of fairness between litigants.
It is a state of mind within the litigant and a principle upon which
many forms of culture are based. Justice is the tool of power, power
to the powerful. It is not always good and can be evil as the Devil,
himself. To administer JUSTICE is to be in power of the particular
situation one finds himself while overseeing the actions of the
litigants. Who had the power of justice in America and who has the
power of justice in America today? Is justice in America good or
evil?

The founding fathers of America entrusted that power to the masses,
not to a single individual, such as a king, president or prime
minister.

We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect
union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for
the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the
blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and
establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
"We the People" soon found out that to do what this mission statement
says, we were going to have to fight to keep these concepts alive.
As we all know...Freedom is not FREE! Many of our ancestors, great
grandfathers, grandfathers, fathers, us and now our sons and
daughters sacrificed much for this FREEDOM, this JUSTICE,tranquility
and defense.

In a system of barter, capitalism, a service is provided for
renumeration. A contract struck between entities. In the case of
America with itself and its REGULAR MILITARY(I use this term to
distinguish what was from the Army of mercenaries that fight our
wars). Promises were made and a bargain sealed for the ultimate
sacrifice (death for Liberty; blood for Freedom). We the people
served and kept our end of the bargain with dignity, honor and a
sense of pride that separated us from our enemies and in most cases
ensured our victories. The American Ideal became the shining light
in the world of the darkness of despotism and slavery; primarily due
to the bleeding wounds, disabilities and deaths of many brave
American Soldiers. When our Congress called for military action, we
responded, proudly and without hesitation to meet the threat to our
perceived way of life. Yes, I say again Liberty and Freedom are not
free, the cost in human suffering should never be forgotten.

The American government, however has not kept her end of this
bargain. Concerning her veterans, America lives in dishonor and
disgrace for the atrocities of the VA, the dishonoring behavior of
the DoD, the abdication of promise and the breach of contract by the
politicians in the Congress, the self-aggrandizement of the sitting
President whomever,Republican or Democrat and the terrible workload
assumed by the federal judiciary over and above its Constitutional
origins who think that they are overworked for their life-appointment
without consequential oversight..

Please take the time to read the Constitution of the United States
and the Amendments to it.

You come to one conclusion and one conclusion only, the federal
government has legislated itself beyond the powers of the
Constitution that created it. That the present governmental branches
of America of the 21st Century is just below that level of tyranny
that caused the first revolution. Veterans and non-veterans are
responsible for this in kind, Republican and Democrat are
responsible for this in kind. Liberal and Conservative are equally
responsible. The legislative branch does not check the other two;
the executive branch does not check the performance of the other two;
and the judiciary no longer oversees the disputes of litigants it is
in the business of law-legislating, law-enforcing and usurping the
rights of citizen juries to decide the outcome of disputes. The
three under copious planning can be controlled by one politically
centered group to work in unison to subjugate the masses of Americans
to their way of thinking, a gross infringement upon the rights of all
Americans and the birth place of tyranny. Is this what you fought
for?

I plead your indulgence to read the Constitution of the United
States, for that is what you fought for and your comrades died for
and suffered cruelly from the after effects of the wars they took
part in for the sake of LIBERTY and FREEDOM. A 17 year old, Nathan
Hale said back in the 18th Century at the birth of this nation,"I
REGRET THAT I HAVE BUT ONE LIFE TO GIVE FOR MY COUNTRY." He was
willing to do it all over again if God would let him. In the face of
execution, Nathan Hale wanted to be given the chance , the honor, the
dignity of giving his life once again for this country. Our sons and
daughters are not much older than he. Are you ready to say what he
said again for the sake of this country ? Do you honestly think that
your sons and daughters look at the military as a necessity for
freedom and their way of life or as a job that may require killing
people I am ordered to kill? When word of Nathan Hale's last words
reached the masses of new Americans the Spirit of Patriotism was
born. When our army went professional the Spirit of Patriotism
became very ill and disabled and sentenced to die in a VA Hospital or
homeless and hungry to die on the streets.

Yes, Patrick Henry said,"AS FOR ME...GIVE ME LIBERTY, OR GIVE ME
DEATH !"

TODAY, I chose life and the determination of these brave Americans to
not roll over and die a death of a dishonored soldier, a relic left
on a dusty shelf in disgrace, but to live my disabled veteran life
with dignity and honor and to fight the status-quo until the America
I fought for and my Daddy fought for and my granddad and his dad and
my great, great grandpa in the Continental Army fought for...the
greatest piece of work that man has ever done for himself and his
brothers and sisters...WE THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES, IN ORDER
TO FORM A MORE PERFECT UNION, ESTABLISH JUSTICE, INSURE THE DOMESTIC
TRANQUILITY, PROVIDE FOR THE COMMON DEFENSE, PROMOTE THE GENERAL
WELFARE, AND SECURE THE BLESSINGS OF LIBERTY TO OURSELVES AND OUR
POSTERITY, DO ORDAIN AND ESTABLISH THIS CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED
STATES OF AMERICA.

Friends the place to start is with the Congress, if they can't do it
for us, then we vote them out of office. We substitute one of our
own in his place , dedicated to the principles above. Not a
political party but veteran independents, the new sons of liberty to
take back the America that the unholy, despotic alliance of corporate
world and American government have secretly stolen away from us. I
hope that you understand that we must speak with ONE VOICE and that
voice is the exercising the VOTE. But we must be ready for anything,
and never take this country or our way of life for granted again.
For then and only then shall "We the People" sore on the WINGS OF
EAGLES to face our destiny, our rightful place in the history of
mankind.
