I believed that it wasn't really a hit and run accident. What I think that it was a C.I.A hit because Quiq was reporting to much on the truth about this Drug thing to the Public and the C.I.A don't want us to know that they are bringing the Drugs into this Country themselves.
They had to silence Mr. Quiq from revealing the truth of their activities to the public so they hired someone to take the fall for this alledged hit and run cover story to get themselves off the hook.
well I'm one citizen who believes this was NO accident.
