Is the latest round of harassment- is it due to my bringing up the "Judge's" overall records should be examined? Or that we should pay even more attention to the "UNPUBLISHED" cases? Maybe the harassment is to do my court cases such as the one that "Judge Fox" just disallowed the jury trial as set not only Feb.3,2003, HERE is an approximation-postponed til March 12, 2003, postponed til May 12, 2003, then the suggestion was June 12, 2003). BTW folks the Plaitiffs were ready this WHOLE TIME since Feb.3, 2003(which had also already been put off). Now the conclusion of Fox after demanding he Recuse himself, his response was WITHOUT ORAL argument, WITHOUT even siting Case Law Statutes simply dismisses every point ****WITH PREJUDICE**** against the Plaintiffs,for the defendants who have been the postponing parties all along. Thereby denying due process of Jury Trial.

Now if just "pinging" my last APFN article request, to be able to get my email in and out is "unacceptable? Along with the ticket harassment AGAIN, BTW CF Serial #4098 Unit 685, that VAN was NOT parked in front of the sited address. AND it was moved as recently as Wed.(the 18th) afternoon. So how is it you consider that the van was parked more than 72 hours when your NOTICE states 6-20-2003 at 10:03 do tell how that adds up to 72 hours? So your CF actions should be added to Paulsen, Caldron and the many others.

WE NEED ANSWERS people if we do not speak out others will not know what is REALLY going on. Those of us put our lives on the line for the good of all deserve more respect than that.

Since when isn't it possible for the NAACP to have a facility large enough to handle the group of people assembled to ask questions?

Mayor Nichols showed up for questions. Well maybe that should be put in the form of a question. Because his version of "answers" included Rice "will you answer that,"
"I don't know" or let me look into that (on my OWN SCHEDULE). [Translation let me file that in the round file ASAP, in my opinion.]

Mayor Nichols you couldn't even wait around for the three little questions left? Or is it you knew what those questions would be. So you have your "handler" field the problems. Since when is it the policy of your office to not even take down what the question was let alone a phone number or way to respond to the individual asking the question? Does that say right there just what the real intention is? Why is it email after email has never been answered?

Well here are your questions anyway Mr. Nichols

1.Why is it all you say is perhaps we will name a task force to look into the multiple points brought out in the 400+ pages of documented grievances submitted to you WELL over a year ago. Is it you intend to treat the matter much the same as other "Task Forces" in the Seattle area?

2.WHY is it that the "so called task force" that is oriented to Police investigation ****NOT**** answerable to anyone? This includes Internal Affairs, Prosecuting Atty (even IF Norm Maleng actually takes a meaningful case), ATTY GENERAL Christine Gregoire etc. In short the "Task Force" is answerable to no one according to KC Sheriff Reichert. Yes, the name of this task force in the Green River Task Force. HOW -MANY- other task forces are treated in the same manner?

3.WHEN are we going to get REAL answers? Even the Seattle Times has had articles on the 2000+ people "missing" is just the Seattle area. WHAT does it take to get some ACTION?
