Here's a very brief synopsis of what 4 years research and 30K+ pages of officially released documents have taught me:

There were at least five other attackers besides Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold. Multiple eyewitnesses saw trench coat mafia members Robert Perry, Chris Morris, Joe Stair, and Brian Sargent shooting, holding weapons, or otherwise being part of the attack gang. Robert Perry has 11 confirmed, with as many as 20, eyewitnesses who say he did it. A fifth individual-known as the 'white T-shirted bomber' to Columbine buffs, was given a physical description which did not match any of the other members. In addition, he was described as older-in his mid-twenties to thirties by the students who saw him. So realistically you're looking at seven shooters/participants, maybe more. One eyewitnesses(who was never interviewed by authorities) said she saw 10 attackers. One of the TCM gang even confirmed in a later interview what many saw: that there were five people in the school with guns, with another four TCM members who took part in the planning and who helped build the bombs.

These accounts are buttressed by others who saw 3,4,5, or more black-clad figures together both right before and during the shooting but were unable to ID them. Plus many others who heard shots/explosions going off simaltaneously in different parts of the school.
