URGENT Campaign: Stop New FCC Media Ownership Rule.

Federal Communications Commission(FCC) Chairman Michael
Powell rejected a request to delay the vote by a month at which
the agency is expected to ease limits on media ownership.
The FCC's review of the media ownership rules is being done
largely behind closed doors in a highly "Secretive" manner.
The new media ownership rules endanger our Democracy,
Freedom of Speech and Competition .

Members of the relevant committees - Commerce, Judiciary
and Small Business - in Congress and the FCC must be flooded
with PHONE CALLS, EMAILS, FAXES to block the New Media
Ownership Rules as well as to urgently Reform the FCC .

Public Debates on such extremely important national issue.

We also urge Congress to overhaul the entire FCC to stop
letting their officials sabotage and infiltrate American's
Democracy, Competition and Media Ownership Diversity.

We urge you to stop this new plan which would end the critical
safeguards designed to help ensure the Democracy and the
diversity of media ownership.

Under the FCC new plans, one company in a community
will be able to own the newspaper, several TV and radio stations,
the cable system, and the principal Internet access company.
There will be even fewer owners of networks, stations, and
newspapers nationwide.

Millions of Americans will be even more brainwashed by the
media propaganda and manipulated with incorrect, biased and
often fake information provided by a very few media conglomerate.

This kind of deregulation is anathema to anyone concerned
with Democracy, Cultural Integrity and Competition.
