Free at Last – Free at Last!

At approximately 8pm Republic of Texas Political Prisoner Emmett Enlow was released from the Irving City Jail, upon the wonderful efforts of Dallas area RT citizens with the coordination of the President’s office.

Republic of Texas Sheriff of Dallas County, Bill Jeans, and Dallas County Coordinator, Jerry King, witnessed the officials at the Irving City Jail, violating the constitution of the State of Texas, by their own admission of refusing lawful money and accepting only fiat worthless currency ‘Federal Reserve Notes’.

Emmett Enlow stated that his captors treated him respect, however the Constable’s office in charge of his illegal detainment and unlawful arrest stole his Republic of Texas ID card, which is his personal property and not an RT government document. The ‘con’stable has also stolen Mr. Enlow’s oath of office certification that he received when deputized by the Republic of Texas sheriff, where no lawful right for the search and theft of his papers exists. This is a flagrant violation of Mr. Enlow’s constitutional protection from government in Article One of the State of Texas constitution. The removal of his ID is further a violation of the Geneva Convention to which the United States and its political subdivisions are signators.

Such overt disregard for those rights excepted from government by the constitution is another wake-up call for all Texans to join with the Republic of Texas to FREE Texans from this abuse. These actions by the ‘con’stable are direct violations of their oaths of office and for which Mr. Enlow has a duty to notify the bonding company of this pure disregard of the oath and bond.

Thanks to all of the Republic of Texas citizens who called, emailed, and faxed the City of Irving and Dallas County, airing their concern for the treatment of Mr. Enlow.

All Dallas-area citizens should attend the Republic of Texas area meeting this coming Tuesday at Golden Corral in Irving, Texas. Let’s make another mark on Irving to show our fortitude and resolve. President Miller and I will be at this meeting.

The Republic of Texas citizenry will always rally to support our oppressed.
