After the 1995 bombing of the Murrah Federal Building, former Oklahoma City TV reporter Jayna Davis, one of the first on the scene, identified possible terrorist cells in Oklahoma City. Witnesses identified Hussain Al-Hussaini as looking very much like John Doe #2. Other witnesses signed sworn declaration that they saw Al-Hussaini with Timothy McVeigh on the morning of the bombing. Others saw Al-Hussaini exiting the Ryder truck before the explosion. WTC Hijacker Mohamed Atta reportedly spent time with Al-Hussaini and others in Oklahoma City. After these meetings, Al-Hussaini reportedly moved to Boston, where he got a job at Logan Airport (before the 9/11 attacks began).

Hussain Al-Hussaini sued Jayna Davis and her employer for defamation. When his sworn deposition was taken, Al-Hussaini admitted that he had served in the Iraqi Army. This lawsuit was dismissed as "frivolous" in 1999 and the decision was recently affirmed on appeal (see http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=31847  ) Now that American troops are using Republican Guard installations and gathering enormous amounts of intelligence, let's hope they find Hussain Al-Hussaini and his associates soon.
