I have told them we (my wife and I) according to laws are not individuals required to pay or file a tax returns. We have told the IRS according to the U.S. Constitution, Our Bill Of Rights, Our Declaration of Independence, Our Unalienable Fundamental Rights, The Internal Revenue Code as well as U.S. Supreme Court Decisions that we are not required to file a tax returns and we do not volunteer to pay their tax. We have sent the IRS references from all of the above by certified mail. Such as: the term "wages", "gross income" and "employee" is defined in the Internal Revenue Code. As well as: The U.S. Constitution in Art 1,8,C1.13 states: Congress was delegated the authority to make rules or codes for the U.S. Government these rules and codes were created by Congress to regulate the U.S. Government's own "employees".These Government codes and rules demands the "Elected or Appointed Government "EMPLOYEES" and those entering into contracts with the U.S. Government, either pay what is referred to as an official "PRIVILEGE TAX" ( "known as the Graduated Income Tax") or not work for or contract with the U.S.Government. Congress, The United States, The U.S. Government gets it's origin and "JURISDICTION" from Article 1 Section 8 Clause 17 of the U.S. Constitution. We have challenged that jurisdiction in every letter we have sent. We claim the money we bring in is not income. It is "compensation for labor", NO!, I didn't say "compensation for personal service" which is earned by a government "employees". I said "compensation for labor" which is a "Fundamental Right" grained to us and supposedly protected by our Constitution, Bill of Rights and our Declaration of Independence. Also the Internal Revenue Code also states "Fundamental Rights" are not taxable. I could go on and on with info, laws, rules, court decisions, but the truth is, the IRS has harassed us, threatened us, lied to us, penalized us, they have even levied and seized our personal property, disregarded the info, laws, rules, court decicisons, etc. that we sent by telling us that the position we have taken is "FRIVOLOUS" and has no lawful meaning. The IRS has even sent us a lettle stating they were not even going to write to us any more. In other words refusing us "Due Process Of The Law". Now I get a letter from my employer stating the IRS is "LEVYING" my wages (their words, not mine!). I can't make it without my COMPENSATION FOR LABOR and I am sure you couldn't either. So I am asking for HELP. Any help at all. The name and address even email address of a lawyer and or court that can enforce the IRS to go by laws, rules, codes, court rules, etc..What good is laws, rules, codes if no one goes by or inforces them? What the hell good are they? I need some one to inforce the IRS to go by the laws, rules, codes, etc., or some place to go for help NOW!!! No I don't want to buy any info, I have all kinds of info.
