There are many open questions about what happened at Mt. Carmel. One of them may be whether there was a biological threat of some kind.

No one has discussed this to my knowledge. This report merely opens the issue. Adding to the mystery.

Don't jump to the conclusion that it was merely to restrict access. Maybe so, maybe not.
