Has Senator Bob Graham Lost His Mind?

First he goes to Pakistan to meet with ISI Director Lt. Gen Mahmood Ahmed who later wired $100,000 to Mohamed Atta.

Then he has breakfast on the morning of 9-11 with Gen Mahmood Ahmed. (Yes, the same guy.)

Then he leads the charge into questioning exactly how many 9-11 hijackers were trained at secure US military installations.

Then he co-authors the Patriot Act.

Then he starts screaming about a "cover-up" of 9-11; that it was facilitated by one or more "sovereign nations".

Now he's urging the Bush administration to consider launching a missile attack on Syria.

On top of all of that, he's running for president in 2004.

Is there a method to this madness, is he being blackmailed, or does he just need his prescription adjusted?
