I was recently asked by a prisoner in the Federal Medical Center here in Texas if I could help her find some information in her quest for freedom. I don't know the whole story but I know someone that does. A Mother,Father and daughter were out on Lake Meridith, there was an accident and as a result of the Father's family suspicions that they may have staged the accident they were both arrested, tried, convicted and given life. It has been reported to me that there was no evidence of anything other than a family outing. Any help would be appreciated. The question is: I need proof of: When was concurrent criminal jurisdiction ceded to the United States from the State of Texas over Lake Meredith National Recreation Area in the panhandle of Texas? Thanks to anyone who can help. God Bless. Donna Carol
