IRS Fraud
Dear Brave Patriots, Fair-weather Friends, Those in Retreat, Those in Hiding, Jerks, Pistol-Packin-Mamas, and Persons Trying To Find Themselves; The IRS requested one of my clients to turn over all his records for a five year period. I stated that he wouldn't do that because under his fifth Amendment protections, he cannot be compelled to testify against himself. The agents promptly pulled out a "summons" which had been filled out and signed by two agents in that office. I asked the agent if this was a legal document and he answered "yes". I then read IRC section 7608 to them which limits these two agents authority to issue summons to subtitle E. I asked him if he knew what subtitle E was. He wouldn't answer and only would say "You've been served.". I asked under what authority they have acted and they said there were 5 statutes which gave them their authority to issue a summons, even though those particular agents were not authorized by law to do so. When I had time later to check the statutes, I found that all 5 only had implementing regulations in Title 27, which was Alcohol, Tobacco, etc. Now I have an illegal summons in my posession which is proof that those agents attempted to extort money under "color of law". Now I will be filing criminal charges against those agents with proof in my hand. God Bless. Chuck Conces
