Ebola, mad cow (CJD), and a few other are now suspect. I suspect that conciousness can be compared to a line continuum (over simplification I know) where each of us will respond to this attempt upon our lives and our families at different points along the continuum. I suspect that the majority of us will wakeup when we are dying and we ask why and who and see no answer but the obvious.
