For years, I looked upon the Constitution as something sacred ... a holy scripture second only to the Bible. After all, any man with a military background who takes his oaths seriously would see his world collapse, to perceive a flaw in this great document.
Then I came across the Antifederalist Papers, my eyes were opened, and my world fell apart. Oh my God, the Constitution is flawed!
Later, I stumbled upon an obscure document titled
Address and Reasons of Dissent of the Minority of
the Convention, of the State of Pennsylvania, to their Constituents. I had been searching for "Abraham Lincoln AND conspiracy" and this popped up (one of the signers was named Abraham Lincoln -- a curious coincidence). Not only was the Constitution flawed, but it was illegal. One could build a serious argument that the TRUE "Law of the Land" is still the Articles of Confederation!
Then I learned about the Judiciary Act of 1789 and the depth of the conspiracy hit me like a sledgehammer. The Essex Junto, the Sedition Act of 1798 ... and I began to realize that Federalist Papers are bullshit ... that they were nothing more than "window dressing" foisted on the freemen to assuage their concerns about being sold a bill of goods under guise of this Constitution.
I understand how difficult it will be for others to understand this ... it is a shock, a spiritual collapse that one experiences as he begins to comprehend the awful secrets of American History ... how often we have been betrayed.
The best relief I can offer to those who need a Document to worship ... is Roberts Rules. I kid you not. If we need to have some document, some form of government that we hold most dear as the "Law of the Land" ... forget about the Constitution. Roberts Rules are much more perfectly conceived.
Think about this: the Constitution is all about "Representative" government. That happens when someone else becomes your "representative" and votes for you. You don't vote for your "representative" ... it is your "representative" who votes for you (as in your place). Roberts ERules are about REAL democracy. It is a system of government where people may speak and vote on their own behalf, and not allow any "representative" (who is usually appointed by a political party, anyway) to usurp their right to participate.
The great democracies of ancient Greece operated much more like Roberts Rules than the U.S. Constitution. The Soviet Constitution (I understand) was based on the U.S. Constitution.
So, for those who are offended by my criticism of the Constitution, take heart: I am really offering you something better: Roberts Rules -- for those with the courage to speak for themselves, vote for themselves, and participate in REAL democracy.
