The Trial Date… by “joe 6pk”

My trial is scheduled to begin on Wednesday February 7th,01 in the ANDERSON COUNTY, TN. Courtroom of Judge James “Buddy” Scott at 9am. I will stand to face my accusers finally, after a 14 month wait.

IN THE 7TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT FOR THE STATE OF TENNESSEE ANDERSON COUNTY – CRIMINAL DIVISION

My alleged crimes are as follows:
39-17-1307 WEAPON, UNLAWFUL CARRY, TO GO ARMED
39-13-101 ASSAULT
39-16-602 RESISTING ARREST

As promised by me in prior articles, I am not going alone. I am taking YOU (inc.) with me. Why? Because, unless you throw down your firearms and surrender, YOU are next. God given Rights are impossible for many of us to surrender, thus the problems we face. Therefor YOU are commanded to appear.

Oh, I know, many of you can not appear. Wednesday is grocery day or laundry day. Maybe PTA meeting day, or union meeting day? Or maybe life is too tough and I am too tired day? OK, I am going to go easy on you and accept your myriad of excuses. I won’t send your Sheriff’s SWAT unit after you. I promise. YOU are excused.

I on the other hand, don’t have the luxury of calling off the “Gestapo”. I have already been beaten and jailed by them and had my drivers license arrested. Somehow I sense “the Riechstag” mean to do “business” with me. Therefor, I will stand in for you busy folks.

For YOU (inc.) that are still with me. It will be, as it has been, a tough old road! During my wait for justice, or more injustice, as the case may be, many trials have already taken place. My mothers care, illness and death, by cancer on March 16th, preceded by a week before, with my Dads own operation for cancer was a real trial. Knowing my mother witnessed part of my brutal beating and seeing the effects of all this, on my fragile Dad has been a trial. The same can be said for my ailing sister as well. My precious wife, seeing the daily painful effects of my broken back ( from the beating ) and the charges hanging over her husband’s head, have been a trial as well. My own near death in September, from internal bleeding, was a real trial for me and family also. These are just some of the trials we face, to face trial.

In the midst of all this carnage (trials), many well meaning friends suggested I defend myself. When the pain and trials of life would allow it, I began studying and contemplating doing that. I knew in advance (from past experiences of escorting other self defenders) that this would be futile. There are many reasons for this and I can’t go into all of them, but I will examine some.

I first found (after many hours of study) real law, case after case, proved I was doing what was lawful and right. The Law was on my side. However the problem is, to put it simply. YOU are not being tried under real law. You know, that mythical place where “Rights” are secured by the blessings of “Liberty” and “Justice? Forget that nonsense.

YOU and I are going to court, where the “Judge” reigns supreme. It’s his playground. WE are persecuted by the “General” as an “evil doer”(criminal “statute”, corporate violator.) The gold fringe on the flag quietly reminds you of this MARTIAL LAW/ADMIRALTY “ International Jurisdiction”. There will be no mention of the “C” word in here. ( CONstitution ). It does not apply. If you dare to “defend” yourself (as opposed to represent). The Judge will laugh and/or scoff at you, in front of the jury. Are you going to ask yourself questions, he might sneer. Your legal beagle, self styled, lawyer friends, gave YOU some good sound legal advice on law. Problem is the Judge doesn’t allow it. Or they gave you bogus stuff and he laugh’s in your face. He blocks your evidence crucial to your case, he ridicules you and then charges the jury to convict you. Battered mentally and physically you realize the “system” is powerful and 99.9% unbeatable. If you are fighting a traffic ticket, by all means I say; go have some fun. Even there, you will find yourself spending countless time, energy and resources.

Now if you are like me and the “trials of life” have interfered in your legal beagle studies, you go and hire a “BAR” member. Never mind the fact you have to beg, scrape, and/or sell the family farm to get enough FRN’s (symbolic money) to pay this member of the “BAR”. You are now ready to do battle. You think.

Sadly, if you are like me, the hard earned dollars of your family, your friends and supporters are stolen by a bad “BAR” member. I went for several months trying to get through on the phone. I tried making appointments, only to get there and have this “BAR” member, stand me up. (8 times) After writing this “BAR” member seeking services rendered. for services paid. This “BAR” member; has the Judge withdraw said “BAR” member from my case. Of course the “BAR” member gets to keep our money. Mafia’s don’t run this good of an extortion racket!

Those of YOU with plenty of FRN’s can skip this problem. In your county as in mine. There is a prestigious “Law Firm” you can hire to buy “Justice”. This is known as “cash register justice”. It works well if you can afford it. You pay the “Firm” a large fee. They in turn “share” with the Judge. The “case” is dismissed. Public record’s are changed or destroyed and everyone lives happily ever after. In my county, it’s been known to work even in murder cases.

Enough about that though, we’ve got to get back to OUR case. I borrow and go ever deeper in debt and hire another “BAR” member. This time, hoping to have found one to follow through. When YOU have a “BAR” member, your odds now jump. There is now only a 94% to 98% chance of your conviction. See what better odds now, as opposed to that 99.9% rate. YOU now stand a 2% to 6% chance of actually winning. Well worth that hefty stack of cash, don’t you think?

Well you would, think so, if you were like me and facing jail and the “Chair” for your heinous alleged crime. Some people get the “Chair” long before trial. So I guess, I should consider myself “lucky”.

Gather the family and come to TENNESSEE or stay tuned, YOUR trial is next on the docket. Despite my trial’s, now I must be ready for, ”The Trial Date”.
