Dear Brothers and Sisters across America,

Today (12/21/00) President elect George W. Bush resigned as Governor of Texas. As my prayer partner and I discussed his notable sadness to leave the great state of Texas we realized he would be moving his wife and family into what has become a den of Satan over the last 8 years. I know myself, if I were moving into such place I would be doing a lot of praying and asking the Lord to deliver the White House of all the past satanic influences.

It is well known that many who hold public office are placed in compromising positions in order to control them once they enter the political world inside the beltway. Our president and his entire cabinet must have our prayers for their protection as they enter into a world that has been ruled by demonic influence.

Regardless of any problems you may have with the incoming administration, you must admit it is better than what we could have ended up with! It is only by the grace of God that the election turned out the way it did. Now - I challenge each of you to commit to prayer between now and January 20th. Pray that God will cleanse the White House and all residences and offices of those moving to Washington D.C. as part of this new administration. Also be in prayer for those senators and congressmen who will continue on in office. Although I continued to pray the past few years, I admit that I became weary. I now feel renewed to again stand against the schemes of Satan in their behalf.

I challenge each of you to forward this email on to as many people as you can. I encourage you to post it on bulletin boards and all over the web as much as possible. I would love to see a 'grassroots' prayer commitment come to pass that will build up spiritual protection around our government. Pray in your homes, in your church and with your prayer groups. Get on the phone and call friends and pray together. I know if we offer up a united prayer that we will be amazed at the ability of the government to rule appropriately in the sight of God. Let's get this administration off to a great start and come against Satan in the name of Jesus Christ - the Lord of lords and the King of kings. Who knows, some of those we disagree with may come to the Lord because of our prayer.
