I agree, I don't understand how a privet citizen can pay the bill for the U.S. Also, this was just a quick passing story in the news with no commit. I heard Ted Turning in an interview with David Frost on PBS, I think in 1993. Whereas, Frost asks Turner something to this effect... Frost: "What about in 23,30, 50 years from now when the world population grows to xxxx billion." Turner: "It doesn't matter, we are going to reduce the population by xxxx percent within the next 20 or so years. ( I have this on tape, someplace ).
