I sometime wonder if the best way to straighten out this abuse is to increase the chaos. The fundamental principals and technology behind mind control devices are not half so difficult to master as some would have you believe. I've designed pretty near every type of mind device out there at one time or another (many of which I doubt most of you who are more educated on the subject than the typical dazed and confused person has heard of or has the remotest concept of technical operation). Such is life. The S quad for instance is a joke of simplicity once you understand it's nature (the same device our govt. supposedly used on the Iraqis- regrettably though much reported about it is true). ELF what can I say, but look out for HAARP because yes, extremely low frequencies do effect our nervous systems and can quite easily be modulated (or the hfc pulsed while using the desired ELF rate) onto a high frequency carrier. I've had some very interesting experiences while experimenting with
this particularly psycho-affective range. My suggestions to those who feel "under attack" is to study the work of Dr. Robert O. Beck; though an ELF attack is much harder to defend against (if we're dealing with a pulsed magnetic field-but still defeat able). Should you ever find out who's responsible, remember that the best defense is a good offense, the design of which is your own choosing.
