Government offices were located in the WTC - including the SEC. The SEC was investigating the dot.con fake boom which was the third attack on our economy (after NAFTA and WTO).
The "reinventing government" initiative of the Clinton-Gore administration was dismantling government - contracting out the functions of government to private enterprise.

Yesterday on the Thom Hartmann program, he said that the source of the 'free trade' ideologies originates at the Rand Organization. The Free Trade Zombies consider capitalism to be a political system... not an economic system. When the layers of crap are peeled away from that, you end up with a fascist system - feudalism.
I've traced a few ideologies back to the Rand Organization myself - include the Joint Command and 'transformation' of the military.
So where is the seat of power in Washington DC? I believe it is here - in the Reagan Building.

My bet would be that if you traced the money, you'd find Rockefeller money behind the Carlyle Group. And if I were an investigator I'd be looking for a connection of Rockefeller money to the dot.con fraudulent stock boom - including Global Crossing.
Recently, we read that Henry Kissinger may have been involved with the financing for the WTC pyrotechnics show.
