Dear Brave Patriots, Statute Breakers, Statute Lovers, and Statute
Supporters;

I have finished up my research paper on Statutes At Large that has
exhibits A through L. This is available to counter government
prosecution. Please inform the IRS agents who contact you that there are
no Statutes At Large that authorize collection actions or prosecutions
under subtitle A or C. The package is $100 or if you have already
purchased my $200 package, then it is just $70 addition. Anyone can get
everything for $270. We will now be using my Statutes At Large package to
defend against prosecution and to get vacations of judgments.

We have a great system of law. There are those in power who choose to
violate the law for their own personal gain. They get away with it
because of the apathy of the majority. It will take a determined and
educated minority, relying on Almighty God, to call the lawless to
account. Visit my web site at

God Bless,

Chuck Conces - chuckconces@juno.com

"A conspiracy is rarely, if ever, proved by positive testimony. When a
crime of high magnitude is about to be perpetrated by a combination of
individuals, they do not act openly, but covertly and secretly. The purpose
formed is known only to those who enter into it. Unless one of the original
conspirators betray his companions and give evidence against them, their
guilt can be proved only by circumstantial evidence..."

[Special Judge Advocate John A. Bingham, quoted in The Trial Of The
Conspirators, Washington, 1865]
