Were our Freedoms the Problem?

The civil liberties of ordinary Americans have taken a tremendous blow with this law, especially the right to privacy in our online communications and activities. Yet there is no evidence that our previous civil liberties posed a barrier to the effective tracking or prosecution of terrorists. In fact, in asking for these broad new powers, the government made no showing that the previous powers of law enforcement and intelligence agencies to spy on US citizens were insufficient to allow them to investigate and prosecute acts of terrorism. The process leading to the passage of the bill did little to ease these concerns. To the contrary, they are amplified by the inclusion of so many provisions that, instead of aimed at terrorism, are aimed at nonviolent, domestic computer crime. In addition, although many of the provisions facially appear aimed at terrorism, the Government made no showing that the reasons they failed to detect the planning of the recent attacks or any other terrorist attacks were the civil liberties compromised with the passage of USAPA.

An Experiential book report on Earth Rising:
The Revolution toward a thousand years of peace.

On the date of Feb 28th, 2002, I suffered an attack
from the computer that was to close to the following
information. In early spring of 2000, I had read this
book, and it made me sad then to think that this is
the kind of stuff that our tax dollars are being used
for. I had some idea of what was making me so sick.
Nothing I have ever experienced has come close to the
sickening feeling I had after 5 hours reading my yahoo
email from a group called new world disorder on one of
the yahoo groups. The banners were flashing like never
before, and I had to keep paging them down because I
could actually feel the electromagnetic effects upon
me. My face was red when I looked in the mirror later
in the evening, and this after being inside all day.
It is my feeling that yahoo, and other group formats,
on TV, radio, and most especially the computers tied
to the internet are being used against the people
utilizing some of the following described weaponry. I
am absolutely sure of the experience I had. It has
taken more than four days to recover from this attack
on my mental, and physical body. I am doing this to
warn everyone of this world about the new psychotronic
war that has been declared on the world, and
especially the people of the USA. This is what Dr Nick
Begich, and James Roderick warned about. The hydra of
the military industrialized war machine has been let
loose on the unsuspecting American public, and world
by the passing of the new sweep away the citizen
rights treasonous acts passed by the house and senate
in this time period after the tragic attack in New
York last September. The most powerful bill ever
passed, and never really debated, or read by most of
the senate, and house is what is allowing this new war
to be declared on the people of this country. I am
going to quote from the book that is the most

Pg 17, paragraph 5 I begin with some quotes from the
Russian researcher Dr Victor Solontsev of the Bauman
Technical Institute in Moscow. He states, ”a computer
virus (666) was created by the Russians, and it
appears every 25th frame on a computers visual display
where a mix of color, pulse, and patterns are
experienced to put a computer operator in a trance.”
(banners) “The subconscious perception of the display
can be used to induce a heart attack or to subtly
manage or change a computer operators perceptions.
This same system could be used in any television or
visual broadcast.” (This is the technology that is
being used on the children today to create the
columbine syndrome in today’s youth for the sake of

This is also exactly what I experienced, and the
reality was the shock. Why have you done this to me? I
love my country, and would, as my family has, not
hesitate to defend her, and the ideals in which it was
founded upon. Why has my country declared war on me?

Disturbing advances: Pg 21, paragraph 5 “New energy
weapons have been described as being capable of
creating symptoms of sea sickness, can be used to
resonate the inner organs to cause pain and spasms,
induce epileptic-like seizures or cause cardio
arrest.” (what I felt) “Other weapons include those
which cause or prevent sleep. Override voluntary
muscle movements or otherwise effect the brain.” When
the Koreans were brainwashing our serviceman that were
captured in the fifties, they used sleep deprivation
as part of the conditioning process. This is also what
art bell, jeff rense, and all the other network
corporate cronies are doing to the unsuspecting public
listening to the radio shows all night. Depriving
people of their sleep and sending unsolicited
subliminals. Ever wonder why art bell is always trying
to get people to “go look at my site?” Light pulses,
banners, and sound all await the unsuspecting victim.
It’s all part of the system of psychotronic weaponry

in the military journal, ‘Orienteer’, (Feb. 1997) how
“psi-weapons are under development all over the
globe.” Pg 22 top Specific types of weapons he noted
were: 1. “A psychotronic generator which produces a
powerful electromagnetic emanation capable of being
sent through telephone lines, TV, radio networks,
supply pipes, and incandescent lamps. This signal
would manipulate behavior of those in contact with the
signal.” 2. “A signal generator that operates in the
10-150 hertz band which operating in the 10-20 hertz
range creates an infrasonic oscillation that is
destructive to ALL LIVING ORGANISMS.” 3. “Noiseless
cassettes developed by the Japanese which has given
them the ability to place infra-low frequency voice
patterns over music, and patterns that are detected by
the subconscious. The Russians use similar technology
with computers.” 4. “The 25th frame effect is a
technique where every 25th frame from a movie or video
contains a message that is picked up by the
subconscious so as to ALTER the conscious mind.” One
can see the implications, and experience them now for
them selves on the late night radio, computers, TV,
videos, and movies coming out of Hollywood now. All
new electromagnetic communication devices are being
designed with, and for this very use. There are also
the cell phone towers that are all over the country
that can carry the powerful megawatt microwave Radio
frequency radiation.

late night radio shows with the psychotronic

Pg 136 last line “The soviets had developed methods of
disrupting the purposeful thought of humans and was
using their knowledge to impact diplomats in the US
embassy in Moscow using microwave radiation as early
