The 13th amendment states, “Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.”

Slavery was never abolished, it was simply made applicable under the law as punishment for the conviction of a crime.

Which explains the prison population swelling to 2 million.

That we live within a fantastical matrix of laws, codes, statutes, ordinances in which the conviction of criminal trespass thereof is not only encouraged through all venues of popular culture but also through the cross purposes of the laws themselves.

So was slavery ever abolished?

Keep in mind that crimninal trespass is not the determing factor for slavery but conviction of criminal trespass -- which explains the coercion of guilty pleas called plea bargaining.

Also keep in mindthat the vast majority of those enslaved in prison today are convicted of non-violent crimes, frequently drug charges, in which many countries would deliver nbothing more than fines.

Once paroled from prison a parolee can often be convicted of trespassing the law by being chronically unemployed; returned to prison for the criminal act of not finding a job.

Three years after the legalization of slavery for criminal trespass of the law, the 14th amendment makes all persons (citizens of states) subject to the jurisdiction of the federal gov’t, or citizens of the United States as well.

Equal protection of the laws is another way of stating that all are subject to the punishments for criminal trespass, which includes slavery.

Welcome to the plantation.

2 Corinthians, chapter 3:
9 “For if the ministration of condemnation be glory, much more doth the ministration of righteousness exceed in glory”
13 And not as Moses, which put a veil over his face, that the children of Israel could not steadfastly look to the end of that which is abolished:
14 But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same veil untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which veil is done away in Christ.”

The old testament is the law. The law is our yoke so long as we trespass the laws and submit to the moral authority of the state.

The state-produced secular culture provokes criminal trespass in order to enhance its power to rule.

This is the veil.

The veil is done away in Christ, who taught us that love fulfills the law.

The ministry of condemnation is not destroyed by love, it is overcome.

Rebellion is encouraged by the ministers of condemnation (politicians, lawmakers, cultural icons, etc.) in order to increase the power of this very administration of condemnation.

“Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.
But after that faith is come, we are no longer under the schoolmaster.
For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.”
Galatians, 3:24-26

What does it mean to be a child of God?

Scripture tells us:
“Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.
He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.”
1 John, 4:7-8

There you have it.

The problem: slavery.
The solution: love.
The outcome: freedom.

“... where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.”
