This sort of event will become more common place as we march towards totalitarianism. There is a responsibility to communicate with the local authorities peacefully, first. We all need to control our outrage, and be wise enough to realize that some of the law enforcement are caught in the middle just like us. That doesn't mean become a door-mat for oppression. It means to make every attempt to convince the local authorities of the course America is on, and that it will take patience and understanding to overcome the problem without bloodshed. Many of them haven't awoken to our dilemma yet, are bombarded with propaganda daily, have busy family lives, and in the final analysis we all need each other to survive this onslaught of the feds.

Police become callous to the average citizen because they deal with a lot of vermin. Soon they see everyone as vermin, and it is a natural defense, however wrongly applied to decent people that may have made an honest error.
That doesn't release us from doing everything humanly possible to avoid becoming as callous as they have become. We need to demonstrate that we are not the problem, that we do love our neighbors and occasionally we need to be compassionate and negotiable.

I do not have enough information to make a determination relative to this particular event. The public servants across America are being trained to lose their compassion. Sometimes, when this is brought to their attention they realize it is true and change. Other times they don't.

We cannot allow anymore WACO type of events, and we must stand up for our neighbors and each other. We cannot over-react either or we will appear to the masses to be nuts, which given the smallest opportunity, is how the press portrays us.
