I have attached hereto the "Amended Complaint" of Mariani vs. Bush, No. 03-5273 that was filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on Wednesday, November 26, 2003 setting forth the RICO claims against Bush et al;

Also, attached is 1) Letter from Ellen Mariani to Bush; and 2) my Press Release read at the news conference;
