Now you should mail this to the U.S. 9th Circuit, as well as, remind said 9th Circuit there is DOCKET NO: 02-35745 before them which is the lawsuit about millions of Americans branded with secret coded numbers. Its like Hitlers Nazi Germany, and the right to keep and bear arms may prove fruitful in the coming months to those who believe in said Constitution.
