Text of fax broadcast:
NEW YORK, NEW YORK * 26 NOVEMBER 2006 Citizen of the USA Stephen M. St. John addresses the international community in Washington and here in New York City, all members of the US Congress as well as other organizations and individuals, public and private, and calls for the immediate withdrawal of all mercenary and private contractor forces from Afghanistan and Iraq. Citizen St. John notes that these mercenary groups and private contractor forces are not held accountable for their actions except for financial irregularities to supplement their executive salaries and bonuses, and therefore calls for a thorough investigation of the full spectrum of their activities. Citizen St. John points to the strong likelihood that these forces are free to conduct operations that are attributed by the "embedded journalists" to "sectarian violence." Citizen St. John furthermore points out the Zionist regime's influence on the operations of these private contractor and mercenary forces, and the Zionist regime's goal to cause chaotic conditions in Iraq. Citizen St. John recalls the 19 September 2005 incident in Basra when two operatives under British control were caught dressed as Arabs in an auto rigged with explosives and asks, what measures have been taken by the international community to determine the full extent of occupation forces' black "false flag" operations to trigger civil war among Iraqis? Citizen St. John maintains that the immediate removal of private contractor and other mercenary forces from Iraq will put an end to the routine extrajudicial killings which their propagandists call "sectarian violence" and which form the basis for the decision to "stay the course" and to keep the regular occupation armies in Iraq and Afghanistan. Citizen St. John looks forward to the end of such "sectarian violence" after these private contractor and mercenary forces are gone from Iraq and adds that their prompt removal will create conditions favorable for the complete withdrawal of the regular occupation armies as well.
