This brief statement is taken from the Washington Post....

"The Bush administration is developing a parallel legal system in which terrorism suspects -- U.S. citizens and noncitizens alike -- may be investigated, jailed, interrogated, tried and punished without legal protections guaranteed by the ordinary system, lawyers inside and outside the government say".

The "ordinary system" is the CONSTITUTION !

There was a time when the average American could depend at least upon a sham hearing, in a sham court, by a sham judiciary, at the mercy of a couple of scum-sucking, bottom feeding parasites known as attorneys.

The notion of a trial by ones peers looks to be a thing of the past, and causes me to wonder if the "Bar" forgot to pay the bribes the "blackmail" or whatever other juice is required by the executive and legislative branches of government in order to include them in the JUDICIAL process. Ha ! Maybe it's a good thing !

Now the "organs of the STATE" have been given executive authority to kidnap and "confine" anyone, anytime, without even the cursory warrant signed by a corrupt judge.

Tyranny, what is it ? Is it just a word that has no bearing upon anything ? Are the persons in congress being blackmailed or threatened ?

I don't know about anyone else but I haven't had even the most remote thought that Al Queda, or the Taliban might charge into my home to kill me in the middle of the night. Actually, I believe Bush and his regime are operating in collusion with the "terrorists" for mutually agreeable gains in power.

I believe that this uncontrolled executive power is dictatorship regardless of what Bush calls it. A rose by any other name is yet a rose.

Where does Bush get off changing the centuries old and constitutionally formed laws of the land ? He and the congress have been informed that they are no longer in power. They are merely instruments being used to keep americans under the delusion that they live in a free country.

This country is morally and FINANCIALLY bankrupt. Whoever the receiver of the bankruptcy is, is the "person" or "entity" that is making the rules contrary to constitutional authority. Bush and the congress are just toadies operating under the authority of their masters, the International Bankers holding the debt of the government.

Total resistance to this tyranny is necessary.
