Subject: Alex Curtis

Here is the current situation on Alex Curtis.

After a two year (imagine that!) investigation (your tax dollars at work) the Federales, what I now call FuBar, Inc. (FBI) has determined that Alex Curtis is an enemy of the state. He is accused (and I'm serious about this!) of placing "stickers", "flyers" a "fake plastic hand grenade", "graffiti" on a synagogue of Satan and otherwise preventing certain ethnic individuals from "having employment". He is accused of placing 2 snake skins over a period of time, one in a mail box and one on a rose bush! He is further accused of obstructing justice because he advocates his famous five words "I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY"!

I have a copy of the search warrant, seized items and the indictment. The warrant was issued on November 8, 2000 and allowed for all of Alex Curtis's possessions to be seized, especially that related to the activities of the publishing of his newsletter, The Nationalist Observer.

The FuBars, Inc. were in the house from about three o'clock in the afternoon until 8:00 in the evening. They took boxes and boxes of materials, computers, discs, documents, paraphernalia (flags and symbols) among a lot of other things (I have the list). They also photographed everything in the house, including personal files and documents totally unrelated to Alex's activities; they belonged to Alex's father and mother.

The stupid FuBar, Inc. thugs wrongfully concluded (imagine, after a two year investigation - are these guys hot or what?) that Alex had a bank account with between $30,000 and $40,000 in it (The truth is: Alex is overdrawn at his bank by some $20.00) and, therefore was a high flight risk (like Alex has ever hid from anyone!). The Federal prosecutor convinced the judge that, not only was he a flight risk, no amount of bail was allowed (there goes habeas corpus) and, further he is to be "detained" (the thugs no longer call it incarcerated) in solitary confinement where he idles for 23 hours each day, alone until the thugs figure out what to do with him.

He is allowed one collect phone call per week. His parents can only see him on some screwed up odd, even day basis based upon his prison number ID. As it turns out they can get in on an 8 day average. If you couple that with the fact that the receiving area can only handle one prisoner at a time, there are 16 cells, if his parents don't get there early enough they can't see him, after waiting up to four to six hours!

He is indigent (no money to defend himself) yet the judge wouldn't, at first, allow a court appointed attorney. When the judge finally relented the dip sh*t they assigned couldn't defend his way through a traffic violation. A couple of these Federally appointed "officers of the court" were rejected until, out of desperation, his family had to locate a competent lawyer to do the defense. We know what happens now. Discovery, where the lawyers grind cash like there's no tomorrow.

Researchers and paralegals must be hired, grinding more cash. Briefs must be prepared, motions filed and the paperwork is endless, grinding more cash. No one really cares who wins or loses because the system is "churning butter". The Feds stay busy on this picayune piece of B.S. so they don't have to go outside and get their FuBar, Inc. asses shot off by real criminals!

Anyway, I went to San Diego in an attempt to see Alex as his minister. I was not permitted to get by the door of the Federal Detention Center in downtown San Diego, a Hugh edifice of a building that must have several hundred Federal employees feeding at the taxpayers trough. I "wasn't on the list" even though my name was submitted a couple of days before. I wasn't allowed to go in as his minister because "I wasn't on the minister list approved by the prison chaplain".

Alex will have no chance for a bail hearing until the first week in December. It is my understanding that this will be heard by a black judge. Anyone want to take odds on whether or not Alex is going to be bailed out of jail?????????????????????

That means he is at least another two weeks away from any court appearance. If Alex was black or hhhiiiiissssssspanic he would be out in 25 minutes or as soon as a bail bondsmen could beat a path to the door, even if they were drug dealers, rapists, assaulters and even some murderers. Is anyone getting the picture yet?
