At the end of your message you have this:

At the beginning of "Biophilos" message, he writes this:

    >Refusing to accept the earth as our SACRED MOTHER, these Christians

This quote is not truth. I challenge anyone to look at EARTH IN THE
BALANCE, p. 342 and finding anything remotely like this. Page 342 is about
companies becoming more environmentally responsible. "Some companies have
found that in the process of addressing their environmental problems they
have been able to improve production and profitability at the same time."
    This is no blasphemy!

Gore does have a chapter on "Environmentalism of the Spirit," much earlier
in the book. But he doesn't say anything like the supposed quote from
Biophilos anywhere in it. He even notes the chilling predictive power of
Hosea's "They have sown the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind" --
given that our "sowing the wind" with our greenhouse gases are likely to
produce hurricanes 50 percent stronger than today. I find useful Gore's
discussion comparing those Christian theologians who advocate domination
over God's creation and those who advocate greater stewardship of God's
creation. Gore obviously favors the latter -- and he has plenty of company
    among devout Christians.

Please, let's stick to the truth. There are enough real threats to our
great nation; to distract ourselves with false ones weakens us.
