This is a letter I sent to my comrad in D.C. I have no doubt he will not respond. Now, I will send a FOIA request to the Army and see what happens. All who read this, please send a letter to your congressman and see what response you get, if any. If you do, "call guiness" and we'll get you in the record book. If you do get a response let me know.........

Could you possibly forward to me a copy of; the Department of the Army’s following publication:

Civilian Inmate Labor Program

AR 210-35 final draft.

I have a 1997 copy, so, by now the final draft should be completed. I have no doubt you will not read this, even though the word PRISON CAMP is mentioned over 88 times in this document. I say this not to be sarcastic, but none of you even read the NAFTA document, just signed, and now look where we are.
