Added thought to your pertinent email. The Eleventh Amendment to the US
Constitution forbids federal court intervention when a person out of state
brings an action within a given state. Has anyone researched the Democrat
cases to see if the plaintiffs in each instance are in fact Florida
residents, thus making the case capable of federal jurisdiction?
