Dear Sir,
I have been receiving your e-mails dealing with right-to-privacy issues with great interest. As a volunteer for Americans for Fair Taxation, my goal is to eliminate one of the most dangerous assaults on our freedoms, the IRS. The FairTax Act of 1999 is a bill in Congress which would eliminate the need for withholding of taxes as well as the need for record keeping and reporting of income for tax purposes to the government. We believe that the government already knows more about us than they should and that by eliminating the current tax code we will be able to restore many of our basic rights to privacy. I hope that your organization will join with us in the fight. As the state director for Georgia, I would like to offer my time to come and speak to your organization if you have any groups in this area. Please feel free to call me toll-free at 1-888-246-6791. I look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely, David Klepinger
