David Hinkson's Day Of Terror, at the hands of Satan’s Foot Soldiers


On April 16, 2002, I , David Hinkson, filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court in the State of Idaho (CIV02-0171) Case. I alleged that IRS Agent Steven Hines and U.S. prosecutor Nancy Cook had orchestrated over 12 Grand Jury Tribunals in an attempt to indict me. During these tribunals, I alleged that they had violated a number of U.S. laws and committed Grand Jury tampering. In this lawsuit I also accused Dennis Albers, a Grangeville, Idaho attorney, of starting a bogus civil case to sue me while in collusion with Hines and Cook. During the six months of my civil litigation against them, Defendants Nancy Cook and Steven Hines have refused and stalled every response, which must be answered by law. I have attempted to bring my grievance(s) to the arena of the U.S. court in order to seek redress, and it is my opinion at this time that they are losing the lawsuit and that may be what triggered the following incident:

On the morning of November 21st 2002, I was startled out of a sound sleep by screams. I looked over at the door and saw approximately eight men storming into the room, dressed in black and holding machine guns. I heard over and over, “Freeze, mother****er.” Then I heard someone say, “Where is your gun?” as I was being held down. All of the machine guns were pointed at me. I was still partially asleep when the only agent not in SWAT or military dress dragged me out of bed. (I did not at this time know who this agent was; I later learned his name was Steven Hines).

Mr. Hines stated, “Didn’t you hear us outside? We were using bullhorns. How could anyone sleep through that?” He acted as if he was upset that I had not awakened. (I actually am a very light sleeper and had put earplugs in my ears because the dogs were barking at the moon that night).

Mr. Hines helped me put my pants on and then pulled a shirt over my head but I was not allowed to put my arms in the sleeves. Then Mr. Hines handcuffed my hands in front and I was escorted out of the house and literally shoved into a gray Suburban. It was very cold that morning and I had become thirsty as a result of the attack I imagine, and asked if I could have a drink of water, and was told I could not. About an hour later I was given a bottle of water, inquired if my dogs were okay, and asked if I could make a phone call; and this request was denied me.

I noticed that the agents were damaging things and I told Mr. Hines that I would like to unlock everything and help him get whatever it was he needed (I later counted 10 doors kicked in, for no reason at all). I also told Mr. Hines that the keys for everything were in my Subaru car, and if he would allow me to place a phone call, I could get some people here that would give him the computer passwords so that he could get at what it was he was looking for, so that the needless further property damage, could be mitigated — I was told that he did not need my help.

It was at this time that some papers were shoved into my hands and I began reading them. Being familiar with the law, I noticed that the “Search Warrant” which they had just given me, did not have a court seal on it, nor was an oath and affirmation attached to it. As I studied the “Indictment” document they had given me, I noticed it was dated July 17th and was signed by “Nancy Cook as Prosecutor”. I thought at the time this was very strange. Also, the Indictment did not have an oath or affirmation attached to it.

At no time during my so-called arrest was I read my Miranda rights. I know from my study of law enforcement that agents usually like to record or film the reading of rights for later evidence and I wondered why Steven Hines had not filmed it or brought a tape recorder.

When we finally left, Steven Hines was the driver of the vehicle in which I rode back to the Federal Court House in Moscow Idaho. He was talking to another agent who rode with us. I sat in the back seat and listened as Mr. Hines bragged continuously about how nice his Suburban was.

When I finally was placed in front of Federal Judge Mikel H. Williams, I informed him that I felt I had been kidnapped. I explained to him that I was suing Nancy Cook and Steven Hines and that it was these two people who had orchestrated my arrest. I felt it was strange that two of the Defendants in my lawsuit were kidnapping me and did not feel this was a fair offer of settlement. Judge Williams assured me that he knew nothing about the other case; then I stated that Judge Boyle, who works across the hall from him, was handling my civil case.

After thinking about the whole situation, I believe that Defendants Nancy Cook and Steven Hines orchestrated the raid on Water Oz and my home for the sole purpose of murdering me and ending the lawsuit that was filed against them by me in the amount of $50 million dollars.

When they were screaming on their bullhorns, it appeared obvious to me that Mr. Hines wanted me to wake up and show forceful resistance as validation and justification for my murder. Mr. Hines was noticeably upset that there were witnesses when he led the charge into my bedroom by kicking my door open while holding his handgun. Was the handgun supposed to be placed in my hand after I was shot? Why did they want this confrontation with bullhorns and battering rams at 5:45 in the morning?

Usually when agents come for a predawn raid they put in the affidavit why they feel excessive force is needed; again, I state there were no affidavits given or shown to me at any time during this demonstration of force.

All this came as a surprise to me because I have never been arrested or charged with a crime in my life. I was very thankful that my own children were not with me at the time this was all taking place, and that they were spared the traumatic effects of such rude and aggressive Gestapo like tactics, on the part of the IRS. The behavior of the men who were involved in this “exercise” is inexcusable.

In light of the fact that I have always made myself available and accessible to the court and Defendants Hines and Cook, I do not understand why a summons and request to appear was not served upon me rather than having ten doors kicked in, resulting in needless damage to property. I was not, and am not planning on going anywhere. I have been after Defendants Hines and Cook for quite a while and am filing papers on a daily/weekly basis in Moscow against them. (Please refer to first paragraph.)

What a conflict of interest! Steven Hines, the Defendant in a lawsuit brought against him by me, accosted me in my own bedroom, physically threw me to the floor, handcuffed me and transported me against my will to Moscow.

Nancy Cook, one of the other Defendants in the aforementioned lawsuit, is the one who signed the indictment to have me arrested, resulting in the Water Oz building being raided and plundered.
